How to apply and enroll

First contact

For questions and information regarding your degree program, the application process or how to aquire visa please ask the international office of the SRH University you wish to apply to.

 

Apply

Apply online on the website of the SRH University you wish to apply to and upload the required documents:
-    University entrance qualification for Bachelor’s degree programs / Bachelor’s certifitcate for Master’s degree programs
-    Resumé, cover letter and certificate of language proficiency (if required)

 

Admission, preparation and enrollment

If you are admitted our Academic Services will send you the study agreement along with payment information for enrollment and tuition.

Students without visa obligation: After returning the signed study agreement along with proof of payment and legally certified copies of your entrance qualification, you will be enrolled at the SRH University you applied to.

Students with visa obligation: Once you have paid your tuition fees, we will issue the final admission letter required to apply for a student visa. You then have to apply for your student visa (this process can take over 8-12 weeks). Once your visa has been issued and you have arrived in Germany, please finalize your enrollment. Therefore please bring proof of your visa and original copies of your school leaving certificate / Bachelor’s certificate.

Tuition fees

As a private university we charge tuition fees, which makes it possible for us to offer high-quality education in a well-equipped learning environment, individual support and counselling, access to an outstanding network in den world of business and industry and excellent career prospects.

Depending on the degree program monthly tuition fees are between 670 EUR and 1,325 EUR. In addition there is a one-time registration fee of 750 EUR for students without visa obligation or 1,000 EUR for students with visa obligation. Some programs require pre-payment. Scholarships

Our students can apply for the Deutschlandstipendium (Germany Scholarship) and can also contact the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) to find out about other scholarships.
