The elements of the CORE Principle
As a driver of learning, SRH Academy of Higher Education offers a broad-based portfolio of training, coaching, workshops, and consulting on all aspects of the CORE principle – not only for our instructors, but also our employees who work in administration and interested third parties.
To ensure the continued high competence of our teaching staff going forward, SRH Academy of Higher Education is involved in all university appointment processes as a voting member of the appointment committee. In addition to the applicant’s academic qualifications, we look at their affinity for our educational model.
We believe that the quality of teaching can be quantified. We conduct regular evaluations with the aim of identifying potential for improvement and optimally tailoring our teaching and learning settings to the learning objective.
Our daily interactions are characterized by mutual respect and appreciation. Our Code of Conduct ensures that everybody involved has the same understanding of our values, modes of behavior, and shared development opportunities. The Code comprises our Student Principles, Academic Principles, Service Principles, and Leadership Principles.
